There Is No Disease by Robert O. Young

Stretching? No, I don't have time

I am a 50 year old male who has run several marathons and exercises almost daily with a rotation of cardiovascular cross training and weight lifting.  For the past two years my training and exercise program have been severely disrupted by a series of debilitating lower body muscle injuries that include pulled hamstring and calf muscles.

Mark was recommended by a physical therapist in whose work I have much confidence. Mark’s rehabilitation program includes not only massaging muscle areas but also a stretching component. Mark is active and engaged in each treatment session. Mark’s therapy is tailored to respond to the progress that he or she has made. Most important, the client is a full partner in each session as he asks us to respond and even direct his therapy for each individual session.

I received very positive results form Mark’s work in a very short time. In fact, after two of his treatments, I was able to comfortably run 12 miles- a feat that I had not been able to achieve during the last two years.

I have been to several body therapists during my lifetime. Mark’s work is the absolute best! I recommend him to all of my friends who manage an active and health conscious lifestyle.

Thanks Mark,
